Bill was united in marriage with Jean Ada Mathis on April 26, 1952. Three children were born to this union, William Kenneth Fogg II, Curtis James Fogg and Jaylene Fogg.
A veteran of the United States Army, he served his country from October 13, 1952, until his discharge on August 14, 1954. Bill worked at Lockheed Aircraft Company in California as a tool and die maker. He then worked at Douglas Aircraft which later merged with McConnell and then finally Boeing Aircraft Company. He was transferred to Pueblo, Colorado to work as a Production Manager of the Delta rocker division. He retired from there, living in Rye, Colorado and after a few years he and Jean bought the former Meadow Lark Manor in Red Cloud and converted it back into a single-family home.
Bill enjoyed target shooting, making furniture and cabinets, playing with his beloved dog Daphne and watching NCIS.
